DETAILED ITINERARY

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh arrival

Welcome to Ho Chi Minh, you will be collected by our local guide at Ho Chi Minh Airport and transfer to hotel for check-in. The balance of the day is free at your leisure. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh city tour - Cu Chi Tunnels (B, L) - Joint in tour

08:00 – 08:30 AM: Pick up at your hotel and start the city tour included:

Independence Palace (the Reunification Palace) was built on the sight of the former Norodom palace.
War Remnants Museum which has a vast display of the both the Indochina wars.
Notre Dame Cathedral & Central Post Office the beautiful structures from the French Colonial times
Jade Emperor Pagoda with the peaceful atmosphere &o many stories behind each detail of the pagoda.

12:30 PM: Lunchtime with a famous Phở restaurant (Vietnamese noodle soup).

02:00 PM: Depart around 1,5 hours through the pleasant countryside before arriving at Cu Chi Tunnels – the historic site where Vietnamese soldiers used as a shelter during wartime. This fantastic network stretches over 250 km and is the shelter of Vietnamese soldiers during the wars.

There is a shooting range where you can try to fire automatic or semi-automatic weapons for a fee (this fee is not included)

06:00 – 07:00 PM: Be dropped off at your hotel. Dinner on your own account. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 2: Ho Chi Minh city tour - Cu Chi Tunnels (B, L) - Joint in tour

Day 3: Day trip to Mekong Delta (B, L) - Joint in tour

08:00 – 08:30 AM: Depart from Ho Chi Minh and head straight to Ben Tre, crossing the impressive Rach Mieu Cable-stayed Bridge. Board a small boat to visit typical workplaces including small brick factories, a coconut processing workshop and a local mat-weaving house. Stop at a quiet village, take a short walk to experience local life and hop on your xe-lôi (a kind of motorized rickshaw).

12:30 PM: Enjoy lunch at a local riverside restaurant.

01:30 PM: Take a short cycling tour to explore the surrounding fields before boarding a sampan for a tranquil trip along the picturesque canals. Come back to the port and return to Saigon

05:00 PM: Be dropped at your hotel. Dinner on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 3: Day trip to Mekong Delta (B, L) - Joint in tour

Day 4: Ho Chi Minh - Fly to Phnom Penh (B)

Welcome to Phnom Penh, you will be collected by our local guide at Phnom Penh Airport and transfer to hotel for check-in. The balance of the day is free at your leisure. Meals on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 4: Ho Chi Minh - Fly to Phnom Penh (B)

Day 5: Phnom Penh city tour

10:30 AM: Upon arrival to Phnom Penh, our tour guide will welcome and transfer you to the hotel make a check-in process and leave your luggage at the hotel. Take a short rest.

02:00 PM: Start the city tour in the afternoon.

Wat Phnom – the tallest religious structure in the city
Royal Palace – a complex of buildings which serves as the royal residence of the king of Cambodia.
Silver Pagoda – houses many national treasures including many golden and jeweled Buddha statues.
Russian market built in 1937 and of a splendid colonial architectural style.

Transfer back to the hotel. Meal on your own. Overnight at the hotel.

Day 6: Phnom Penh - Bus to Siem Reap (B)

After breakfast, you will be transferred to the bus station to take the bus from Phnom Penh to Siem Reap VIP VAN (PP-SR)

Once arrival in Siem Reap, you will be warmly welcomed and transferred to the hotel to check in. Meals on your own. The balance of the day is at your leisure. Overnight at the hotel

Day 6: Phnom Penh - Bus to Siem Reap (B)

Angkor Thom which is no doubt the expression of highest genius.
Bayon Temple with many other relics which offer a great chance to observe ancient sculptures.
Terrace of the Leper King before going along the Terrace of Elephants – originally used as a viewing gallery for the king to preside over parades, performances and traditional sports and more highlighted sites such as Baphuon Temple, Ta Prohm “Tomb Raider” fame.
Angkor Wat – the Mother of all temples which believed to be the world’s largest religious building.

05:00 PM: Back to the hotel.

Lunch at a local restaurant. Dinner on your own. Overnight at Siem Reap

Trip Coordinator Sarah was excellent in her service all along the trip . Hanoi & Ha Long Bay was excellent. DaNang 1st day tour & lunch was very disappointing. We could feel your cost cutting ways.Lunch was even more dismaying. On top of that , the weather played a spoilsport. Bana Hill tour was good except the weather. Dec & Jan are certainly not the right time to visit DaNang. Mekong delta tour was good, made even better by the tour guide Dan. CuChi tunnel trip was educative.

Vietnam tour I traveled to Vietnam for 2024 new year. The trip was organised by Vietnam tours representative Harry. It was a last moment plan and he made sure everything is set when I reached Vietnam. From airport pickup, rooms, food, pickup from the hotel for the tour, shopping, web check-in the flights, etc he made sure everything was all set and I just enjoy my trip.
